The way to create a better future is together. A leadership project such as Alkimos can only be achieved though successful relationships. LandCorp acknowledges the role of neighbouring land holders, Eglinton Estates Pty Ltd, Peet Alkimos Pty Ltd and the Water Corporation and the cooperation of the City of Wanneroo in bringing the project to where it is today.

These parties have worked together to create an integrated district structure plan for Alkimos Eglinton. The Alkimos Eglinton District Structure Plan has been endorsed by the City of Wanneroo and is currently under consideration for final approval by the Western Australian Planning Commission.

These important stakeholders recognise the need for a strategic, integrated approach to developing a project of the size and significance of Alkimos, and therefore continue to work together to ensure that all aspects'of the Alkimos project co-exist in a planned and integrated way.
